Treatments

When nature is the healer, your healing starts from within and touches the physical, mental and spiritual planes of your body. This holistic approach brings about cure in its true sense. In naturopathy, treatments are aligned with the elements of nature, such as the sun, water, and mud.

Hydrotherapy

Water is a powerful natural element and can be harnessed to facilitate healing. Hydrotherapy includes the use of water at different temperatures and states such as hot & cold water, steam, & ice with methods like Spinal & Hip bath, Hot hand & foot bath, Full body immersion. Here, water is the 'medium' and temperature is the' message'. This supports the principle that water itself does not heal but it enhances the body's ability to heal itself.

Mud Therapy

Mud therapy has been known and used for thousands of years in naturopathy. It serves as one of the best ways of detoxification. In Nature Cure, mud is used as Mud packs, or full body Mud bath. Since the skin is the body's largest organ, mud works by drawing out harmful toxins stored within it. This not only helps cure various skin and eye disorders but also alleviates indigestion, constipation, excess intestinal heat, and numerous other digestive issues.

Heliotherapy

Heliotherapy is a time-honored practice in naturopathy for restoring, and healing the body. It is practiced by exposing the body to natural sunlight using different therapies like Plantain leaf sun bath, or simply Sun exposure.  Early morning sun's rays have many benefits to the body as it stimulates the production of vitamin D, help in strengthening the nervous system, facilitate cleansing of our blood and help in healing many skin conditions.

Steam Bath

Clear up clogged pores and release stress with a cleansing steam bath. Steam bath stems from Hydrotheraphy and is a great way to detoxify your body, as the warm steam opens up the pores, allowing impurities to be flushed out. It offers relief from respiratory disorders like asthma and bronchitis, improves circulation, eases stiffness in the joints, helps with obesity, and enhances skin health by promoting a natural, healthy glow.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers much more than just a soothing experience; it’s a comprehensive treatment that significantly benefits both body and mind. This form of therapy is designed to address a range of needs, from alleviating physical pain to easing mental stress.
