Udit Dhariwal
Udit is a fitness enthusiast who has always enjoyed exploring different ways to stay active. Yoga quickly became a favorite, and after trying various styles, he was drawn to the meditative flow of Ashtanga yoga. Inspired to take his practice further and gain more knowledge, he completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. He is dedicated to sharing with his students the power of moving energy through the body/mind consciously with grace through asana, pranayama and meditation. He brings the discipline of the Ashtanga Yoga with the freestyle of Vinyasa to his classes. He encourages his students to find their edge through breath and focus.
Khushdeep Sethi
Khushdeep’s connection to yoga runs deep—it’s something she has always felt drawn to. From the moment she began, yoga became more than just a practice; it became a way of life. For Khushdeep, yoga is not just about poses; it's about living with intention and mindfulness, something she loves helping her students embrace. She wants students to experience something new; whether it is simply doing their downward dog more correctly or finding the ability to do a headstand. She loves when students find something within themselves to empower them and give themselves some much needed attention and love that is often quite lacking in other types of physical activities.

Swati’s yoga journey began when she was just 5 years old, learning alongside her father, who was a strong influence in her life. From those early days, her connection to yoga grew naturally, and over time, it became a big part of who she is. She started sharing this practice with others by leading yoga sessions at Sri Guru Ganesha Nature Cure Sanatorium, where she found joy in helping people experience the benefits of yoga firsthand. Over the years, Swati's love for yoga has only grown stronger. What excites her most is working with beginners, guiding them with care and enthusiasm. At Antahasatva, she continues to share yoga in a way that’s warm, welcoming, and rooted in her lifelong passion.
