Throughout the workshop, we will have daily live, interactive, educational and Q&A sessions with Swati. During these sessions, you will learn about the principles of nature cure and natural healing. We will also guide you on how simply these principles can be applied to your daily life.

Meet your instructor

Swati is a qualified Naturopath practicing for the past 35+ years, with a Diploma in Naturopathy from the English Naturopathic College, Lucknow, and a Diploma in Naturopathy from the Indian School of Naturopathy, Bhuj. She was brought up leading a natural lifestyle by her father late DR. B. Premchand, a Nature Cure Practitioner in Chennai. He was instrumental in instilling in her a keen interest in nature cure from a very early age. He also trained her alongside practicing nature cure. Nature Cure has been her passion since childhood, and it is her dream to spread the wave of good health to as many people as possible, continuing her father’s legacy.

No, we will not be providing recordings for this course. This is a live and interactive workshop which requires you to be present and participate actively. We request you to register and join the live yoga session at 6 AM (IST) & join the live educational session at 7 PM (IST).

The live yoga and educational sessions will be held on Zoom and the private support group with be on WhatsApp
