Swati Dhariwal is a qualified Naturopath with a Diploma in Naturotherapy from the English Naturopathic College, Lucknow and a Diploma in Naturopathy from the Indian School of Naturopathy, Bhuj. She was brought up leading a natural lifestyle by her father late Dr. B. Premchand, a Nature Cure Practitioner in Chennai. He was instrumental in instilling her with a keen interest in Nature Cure from a very early age.

Yes! This challenge is designed with all levels in mind. Even if this is your first time, taking this leap will be the best decision. We have designed our workshop to offer guidance and support at every stage, so even if you’ve never fasted with fruits before, you’ll find it easy to follow.
