Online workshop terms and conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for our online workshop. By registering for the workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment: Payment for the online workshop must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept payment via UPI/PayPal
Workshop Access: After payment has been confirmed, you will receive access to the workshop content. This access is for the registered participant only and cannot be shared with others. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer and internet connection meet the necessary requirements to access the workshop.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our online workshops. By registering for the workshop, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues, personal conflicts, or changes in your schedule.
Intellectual Property: All content provided in the online workshop, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Antahasatva. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content without prior written consent from Antahasatva.

The workshop provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided. Illness/Injury: You are aware of your physical limitations and medical history and that your participation by accessing and availing our workshops may, in some circumstances, result in a physical injury. You also undertake that you are sufficiently self-aware and would stop any physical activities before you become ill or injured, physically or psychologically. You will not attribute any such illness/ injuries/loss to your health, of any kind, to Antahasatva or workshops offered by us.
No Promotions or Marketing: You expressly agree to not promote and/or advertise your own business and your own WhatsApp groups either during the workshop or on the support group. Any attempt to do so may result in your immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
Meeting in Person: You here by agree that if you decide to meet any person whom you may have met through the workshop provided by Antahasatva, your decision to meet and/or interact with any such person is solely at your own risk and Antahasatva or any member of our team is not liable for any consequences arising thereof.
Non-Transferable: Your registration for the online workshop is non-transferable. You may not sell or transfer your access to the workshop to any other person or entity.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the online workshop at any time for any reason. In the event that we cancel the workshop, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fee. However, we are not responsible for any other costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
Code of Conduct: We expect all participants in the online workshop to behave professionally and respectfully towards each other. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
Technical Issues: While we strive to provide a seamless online workshop experience, technical issues may occur. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties you may encounter while accessing the workshop content, and we cannot guarantee that the workshop will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address any technical issues as quickly as possible.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the online workshop, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the online workshop shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the workshop.
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. By registering for the online workshop, you agree to our privacy policy and acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information as necessary to provide the workshop content and for other legitimate business purposes.
Recording Prohibited: Recording the online workshop is strictly prohibited. You may not make any audio or video recordings of the workshop content without prior written consent from Antahasatva or any members of our team.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the workshop provider, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the online workshop or any breach of these terms and conditions.
Modifications: The workshop provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the government of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
By registering for our online workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
